PSE&G Transmission Corridor and Substations – New Jersey

Study Goals

Reducing maintenance and mowing costs while keeping the attractive turfgrass appearance.

Study Summary

Seeking reduced maintenance and mowing costs while keeping the attractive turfgrass appearance, PSE&G converts residential-area transmission corridor lawn to FlightTurf®.

Substations can benefit from FlightTurf® installations with reduced necessary access for maintenance and increased security.

“I’ve seen great progress with FlightTurf® in our Right-of-Way, and it looks very promising.  We are planning to expand the conversion program to other sites.”
